THE ORTHODOX CHURCH CALENDAR WE FOLLOWS
At our Church we uses the Revised Julian Calendar, which is based on the Julian Calendar. This calendar is used for fixed feasts like Christmas and Epiphany. However, some Orthodox churches, such as those in Russia and Jerusalem, continue to use the Julian Calendar, which is 13 days behind the Revised Julian Calendar. We follows the Revised Julian Calendar, aligning its celebrations with the rest of Christendom.
